An offline POS that keeps selling when the internet drops
Bundles run out and networks drop. With offline mode the till still opens and cash sales still go through. They are saved on the device and sent up as soon as the connection is back, each one exactly once.
Minada POS, Pro, and Max
What you get
- The till opens with no connection
- Cash sales are saved on the device until you are back online
- Sales sync on their own once the connection returns
- Retries never create the same sale twice
How it works
- 1
Use the till as normal. If the internet drops, keep selling for cash.
- 2
Minada holds the sales on the device and shows they are waiting.
- 3
When you are back online, they sync and your stock and takings catch up.
Questions
Can I take M-Pesa while offline?
No. M-Pesa needs a connection to send the prompt. Cash sales work offline.
What if I close the browser before it syncs?
The sales stay saved on that device and sync the next time the till opens online.
