Can I change plan later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for remaining days. Downgrades apply at the end of your current 30-day billing cycle so you keep everything you paid for.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. Minada charges 0% commission on your sales. Only the payment rail or processor deducts their standard transaction fee directly upon settlement.
Is there a setup fee or lock-in contract?
Neither. No setup fee, no hidden charges, and zero contracts. You subscribe for 30 days at a time and can cancel or pause whenever you wish.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your online shop pauses on expiry, while your physical POS till keeps running for a 3-day grace period to ensure counter checkouts are never disrupted. Your dashboard, inventory data, orders, and customer records remain securely intact forever.
Do I need to buy a custom domain?
No. Every storefront plan immediately includes a free, clean address at yourname.minada.ke ready to share on Instagram, posters, or business cards. You can also connect your own domain on Basic, Pro or Max.
Does M-Pesa cost extra?
Minada does not add any markup or surcharges on M-Pesa. Standard mobile money provider fees apply directly as set by Safaricom, nothing on top.
When and how does money reach my account?
Funds from customer transactions never touch Minada custody. They settle automatically and directly into your designated M-Pesa Till, M-Pesa number, or bank account via our payment partners.
