Questions
Who pays for delivery?
The buyer pays the delivery fee with their order. You settle Pickup Mtaani's fees from your dashboard, several parcels at once.
I already have a Pickup Mtaani account. Can I keep it?
Yes. Linking it is optional, and your parcels then show in your Pickup Mtaani app too.
Is it on every plan?
Yes. Delivery is never locked to a higher plan.
